Get Involved

You will be introduced to the structure of the gathering program and to an inclusive, diverse group of people. The peer-led format of the gathering allows anyone to participate in guiding a segment of the program or facilitating a discussion. 

Who Will Be There

People of all backgrounds are invited. Expect a warm welcome and a chance to introduce yourself on your first visit to a Village community. 

What to Do After the First Visit

You can continue visiting as much as you like but if you'd like to keep being invited, consider becoming a member!

Members can feel a sense of belonging the more often they attend and allow for more and deeper connections with other members. There are always opportunities to be seen and heard in the safe spaces that we proved.  Please take a moment to read our community agreement to learn about the expectations for a smooth and safe gathering. 

Feel Connected

Connect comfortably with others in one-to-one conversations using a suggested prompt. We call these Community Connections. We then break out into smaller groups after suggesting prompts. We have the freedom to suggest and choose the themes of the discussions

Deeper engagement means moving beyond the roles of mere participant, visitor, or member. It signifies a passionate commitment to your Village's mission, where you actively contribute your ideas, skills, and energy.

Village Leadership Roles

Elevate your leadership skills in the Village. We provide hands-on experience and training in public speaking, technical development, design, and management.

Co-Creation

Village leadership and administration are shared. We serve each other by stepping into roles when able, collectively participating in the ongoing co-creation of our community. We belong to it, and it belongs to us.
